Refund policy

Return or exchange

We hope that you are happy with your items from Malibu, but we are happy to help if you have questions about returns or exchanges. 

We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of placing the order. Please note the following:

  • Please return your item(s) in top notch condition, with tags, if applicable.
  • We will offer an exchange or refund, please let us know which you would prefer. 
  • Refunds are credited to the same account and in the same manner as the original purchase, when we have received the returned goods. 
  • The cost of returning your item(s) is your responsibility. Please note that we are not responsible for lost packages that you send, so we suggest using a trackable shipping service. 
  • For book orders, please contact us before returning by emailing matthew@malibumaine.com. If we fulfilled your order incorrectly, we will correct the problem. If that is NOT the case, please note that books may only be returned unused and unmarked. 
  • The Home Road DVD may only be returned if it is unopened. If by chance you receive a defective DVD, we are happy to exchange it. (Our manufacturer is located in Biddeford, Maine and hasn't let us down yet!).
